This Privacy Policy explains how PalmiAgent handles information. PalmiAgent stores its workspace locally by default, but content may leave your device when you choose to use a model provider, search service, website, or Apple system service.

1. Overview

PalmiAgent is an AI agent workspace for iPhone developed by Hongyupeng. It helps you organize projects and conversations, work with files and images, run Python scripts, perform web research, and use authorized iOS capabilities.

PalmiAgent does not require a PalmiAgent account and does not operate its own cloud model server. Projects, threads, messages, attachments, generated files, tool results, and settings are stored on your device by default. Certain features connect to services that you configure or choose, as described below.

2. Information PalmiAgent may process

Depending on how you use the app, PalmiAgent may process:

• Content you provide: prompts, messages, images, attachments, workspace files, selected file excerpts, instructions, and feedback.
• Generated and task data: model responses, reasoning content returned by a provider, tool calls and results, OCR output, Python logs, web captures, project metadata, and conversation history.
• Model configuration: provider names, endpoint addresses, model identifiers, reasoning preferences, and API credentials. API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain.
• Authorized system data: information from iOS services such as Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Location, Photos, Camera, Speech, Notifications, Spotlight, or other system capabilities, but only when you grant the relevant permission or initiate the related action.
• Support information: device model, iOS version, app version, screenshots, diagnostic details, and other information that you voluntarily include in an email or GitHub issue.

3. Local processing and storage

The following data is normally stored in PalmiAgent's app container on your device:

• Projects, threads, chat history, attachments, and workspace files
• Generated artifacts, OCR results, Python logs, and web captures
• App settings, model plans, and tool authorization preferences
• Imported skill packages and their configuration

PalmiAgent includes an embedded Python runtime for workspace automation and bundled OCR assets for on-device text recognition. When you use on-device OCR, the OCR operation itself does not require sending the image to a model provider.
